Automotive Service Advisor – Nissan of Asheville (Fred Anderson Automotive Group) We are looking for energetic and outgoing personalities with a proven track record of customer service to deliver quality and professional service to our service customers when they bring their vehicles in for scheduled maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities Build rapport with customers and assist them through the service process. Assist customers in maintaining vehicles according to manufacturer standards. Perform high‑quality, professional presentation of needed repairs and maintenance. Perform all steps of the sales process, including learning to overcome objections and closing sales in accordance with company standards. Provide the highest level of customer service to guests. Qualifications Friendly and outgoing personality. Strong communication and organizational skills. Prior sales, customer service, or hospitality experience.
