As we continue to grow across the Front Range and beyond, we’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to help lead successful project delivery while driving operational excellence, profitability, and client satisfaction. What You’ll Do As a Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of heavy civil construction projects, from planning and budgeting through execution and closeout. Key Responsibilities Manage project budgets, including labor, equipment, subcontractors, materials, and overall cost performance. Lead project planning, execution, and financial management to ensure successful outcomes. Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules. Perform quantity takeoffs and review project estimates. Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations. Issue, administer, and manage subcontracts. Prepare and oversee monthly progress billings. Identify, evaluate, and manage project changes and change orders. Collaborate closely with field leadership to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably. Partner with Accounting on accounts receivable and accounts payable processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Participate in both office and field activities to maintain project visibility and support operations. What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications 5+ years of progressive project management experience in heavy civil construction. Strong understanding of heavy civil construction means, methods, and field operations. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, schedules, and project teams. Strong financial acumen and experience managing project profitability. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Ability to access all areas of active construction sites in varying climates and environments.
