Operations Manager - Roof Source (Longmont, CO) Roof Source, a family-owned commercial roofing contractor in Longmont, growing deliberately, is hiring an Operations Manager to run day-to-day operations across service and production. You'll manage in-house crews and subcontractors, coordinate job hand-offs with our estimator, solve problems in the field, and serve as ownership's right hand across the entire operation. We are looking for a leader people naturally want to follow - someone with high integrity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment. Roofing or commercial construction experience is ideal, and bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
