At Trail Ridge Senior Living Community, you'll play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, and HR operations. Monday–Friday Schedule: Core business hours of 8:30 AM–4:30 PM with occasional after-hours support as needed. Collaborative Team: Work alongside supportive leaders in a mission-driven senior living community. What You'll Do Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and new hire experiences. Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers regarding policies, procedures, and employee relations. Plan and support employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and training initiatives. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data. Oversee the bi-weekly payroll process and assist managers with payroll and timekeeping questions. Support performance management, coaching, and employee development. Assist with workers' compensation, safety initiatives, compliance, and HR documentation. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and long-term care regulations. What You'll Need Must be at least 18 years old . Associate's degree or equivalent experience required. At least 2 years of Human Resources experience. Experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as UKG, ADP, or Dayforce. Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and payroll practices. Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with professionalism. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Ability to occasionally respond to business needs outside of regular business hours.
