School-Based SLP | Lehigh Acres, Florida

Make a difference as a Speech Language Pathologist in a vibrant K-12 educational setting, supporting students across multiple campuses in the Lehigh Acres and Fort Myers area. This contract opportunity for the upcoming school year (August 11, 2026 - May 27, 2027) offers full-time hours up to 37.5 per week, with potential part-time options, and the chance to work alongside passionate educators and diverse caseloads.


What You'll Bring:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Valid Florida Department of Health SLP license and/or Florida teacher certification
• Completed or transferable Level II fingerprints (AHCA Clearinghouse/JLA badge procedures detailed)
• Experience delivering SLP services in a school setting preferred
• Flexibility to work across multiple elementary, middle, and high schools as assigned
• Exceptional communication, organization, and rapport-building skills

• Assess and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers and families
• Document progress, manage caseloads, and maintain compliance with state and district requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maximize student achievement
• Provide direct therapy sessions and consultative services in-person (on-site only)
