Systems Consultant

Create, administer, and maintain projects and programs in Oracle Unifier Perform project/shell-level administration, including users and groups, cost sheets, activity sheets, and business process setups Create UDRs and in-app dashboards Document and maintain user enhancement requests Coordinate enhancement testing Identify process improvement opportunities Train new users and update training documentation Facilitate communication of enhancements and issues Stay current on latest features and best practices Perform systems analysis and implementation consulting for external solution implementations Complete needs assessments, project planning, and detailed requirement specifications Oversee solution procurement, design, testing, and user acceptance Coordinate transition to operation and support May supervise projects involving less experienced or junior professionals Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor Requirements Bachelor's degree in IT, Construction Management, or a related field Minimum of 7-10 years of related experience 2+ years of experience administering Unifier Deep knowledge of Oracle Unifier project/shell-level administration Familiarity with Power BI and P6 General competencies: Client Service, Commitment, Communication, Innovation & Continuous Improvement, Professionalism, Quality, and Teamwork Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Oracle Unifier project administration, including user management, cost and activity sheets, and business process setups.
