Workers' Compensation Legal Assistant Benefits - Starting pay targeting $26-$29/hr - Standard 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule (No nights/weekends) - Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance - 401(k) with Employer Match and Contribution - 3 weeks vacation plus Sick and Bereavement leave - Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability coverage - Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Dependent Care Account (DCA) - Annual year-end discretionary bonus - Firm-wide social events, outings, and holiday parties Workers' Compensation Legal Assistant Qualifications - Professional experience as a legal assistant or within medical insurance claims adjusting. - Proven ability to manage high-volume case files and coordinate medical evidence for hearings and trials. - Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional relationships with adjusters and medical providers.
