Recruitment Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION Location: Hybrid | Jersey City, New Jersey, US Duration: 12 Months Our client, a leading financial institution in Downtown Toronto, is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to manage offer revisions, updates, and reissuance requests. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada. Typical Day in role: Interview Scheduling & Coordination Manage complex interview scheduling across time zones and regions Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews ensuring timely communication with interview team and candidates Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and business leaders during the interview stage Offer Letter Generation Service as an operational liaison for offer related inquiries Generate and distribute offer letters using Workday within service level agreement timelines Apply correct regional and regulatory language (compliance clauses) Manage offer revisions, updates, and reissuance requests Support reporting and operational metrics related to offer processing Team and Process Support Partner with the TA Recruiters to manage candidate workflows and requisition support Contribute to process improvement initiatives across TA Operations Manage shared inbox of Talent Acquisition support request from recruiters and candidates Other projects and duties as assigned Must Have Skills: Proven ability to manage high volume interview scheduling and offer letter generation with multiple stakeholders Proficiency with ATS and CRM tools (Workday, Phenom, Microsoft Office) Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Positive attitude and collaborative, no tasks too small mindset Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Nice-To-Have Skills: Willing to learn Ability to prioritize Multitask and organized - ability to juggle many offer letters at once and schedule interviews Comfortable working with high volumes of offer letters Interact and partner with various stakeholders from recruiters to talent cycle Soft Skills Required: Ability to partner with various recruiters across all lines of businesses and adapt to various nuances for each LoB Education: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support, preferably in financial services FP Inc. is committed to creating an inclusive environment where all team members and clients feel like they belong.
