Recruitment Coordinator

Purpose The Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our Talent Partners, hiring teams, and candidates to deliver a seamless and exceptional recruitment experience. You will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activity, ensuring processes run efficiently, and creating a positive journey for every candidate. Working closely with internal embedded teams and our partners, you will gain exposure to a variety of hiring projects, supporting roles across different levels and disciplines. You will be a critical part of the team, bringing organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to help us deliver outstanding talent outcomes. Role Responsibilities Support Talent Partners and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from role briefing through to offer stage. Coordinate recruitment activity across multiple roles, managing timelines, priorities, and key milestones. Schedule interviews and meetings between candidates and stakeholders, ensuring all parties are fully briefed and prepared. Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring journey, providing timely updates, interview preparation, and feedback where appropriate. Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure all recruitment activity is captured correctly within our systems. Manage office Meet and Greets (office tours etc) Assist with preparing candidate shortlists, interview packs, and recruitment updates for hiring managers. Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring they receive a positive and consistent experience that reflects the Elements and partner brands. Support onboarding activities and ensure successful candidates have a smooth transition into their new roles. Undertake any other ad hoc projects as required. Open to a FTC Open to Hybrid working - 3 days a week in the New York office Previous experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, HR, or a similar fast-paced administrative role. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing requirements. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and stakeholders. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership. Comfortable using recruitment systems, applicant tracking systems, and data reporting tools. Ability to work collaboratively with Talent Partners, hiring managers, and wider teams. Approachable, adaptable, resilient, and equipped with a "can-do" attitude.
