Sales Support Specialist

Our team is growing and we're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist who enjoys working behind the scenes from our corporate office in Alpharetta, GA to help keep our sales operation running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy office, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and takes pride in accuracy and excellent customer service. What You'll Do Processing and reviewing customer orders for accuracy Entering purchase orders and assisting with order management Supporting our outside sales team with quotes, contracts, and customer requests Coordinating with our warehouse to track orders and obtain shipping information Managing customer pricing and contract orders Monitoring customer portals , open orders, and backorders Assisting customers directly by phone and email Providing NetSuite/CRM support to sales representatives Serving as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and other departments Helping ensure customers receive outstanding service, primarily via phone What You'll Get Competitive hourly pay with predictable hours (M-F, 8:00-5:00 & no overtime expectations) Full benefits package : medical, dental, vision and life insurance plans 401(k) retirement savings account AND company match Paid training and ongoing departmental support Predictable schedule in a friendly, quiet office environment What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED At least two years of experience in a true customer service role...anything requiring making connections and exhibiting excellent listening and communication skills. Experience multi-tasking and managing time to ensure everything is completed in a timely and accurate manner Ability and desire to learn a lot of detailed information about our processes, products and resources. A history of dependability and punctuality .
