Job Title: .Net DeveloperLocation: Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid 4x onsite, 1x remote)Role OverviewThis role focuses on .NET development in support of a merger initiative. The position involves enhancing and integrating a desktop-based telephony application. The work entails adapting a proprietary, agent-facing application to operate within the infrastructure of the acquiring organization. This platform serves as a middle layer between call center systems and the agent interface.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a desktop-based telephony application using.NET technologies.Enhance application functionality, including call recording, audio and video processing, and transcription.Integrate with REST APIs to connect with various back-end systems.Work with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) to build and adapt the user interface.Implement and support automated summaries, biller connectivity, and AI-driven capabilities.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the application.Required QualificationsC#.NETWPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)APIs (specifically REST APIs)TroubleshootingPreferred QualificationsExperience with telephony systems or a background in the telecommunications industry.Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts or technologies.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
