Lighthouse is seeking a Founding Growth Engineer to join its founding GTM team in person in SF or NY. You will own the full demand-generation motion, build scalable GTM systems, and craft narratives, campaigns, and partnerships to drive demand. You will be a storyteller, builder, and operator who translates customer insights into stronger messaging, programs, and growth experiments while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience to sharpen ICP and scale impact. #J-18808-Ljbffr LighthouseHQ
