EDI Integration Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)

About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with a growing organization undergoing a major ERP transformation and looking to add an experienced EDI Integration Specialist to support a high-impact D365 environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex integration challenges, working cross-functionally with technical teams, and making an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support and stabilize EDI operations within a D365 ERP environment

• Troubleshoot and resolve EDI transaction and integration issues

• Configure, monitor, and maintain EDI workflows and processes

• Collaborate with application, integration, and business teams

• Support supply chain and manufacturing transaction flows

• Assist with ERP implementation and optimization initiatives

Required Experience

• Strong hands-on EDI experience

• Experience troubleshooting and supporting EDI transactions

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) experience

• Experience with OpenText or similar EDI platforms

• Strong SQL skills preferred

Preferred Experience

• To-Increase / Staedian experience

• SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, or Data Masons background

• Manufacturing or CPG industry experience

• ERP go-live or implementation support experience

• Familiarity with EDI transactions such as:

  • 850

  • 940

  • 945

• Compensation: $95.00-100.00 per hour while on contract

  • Salary Range: $140,000–$170,000 annually if brought on as a permanent employee after contract

  • Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and overall fit.
