Work Environment

As an outpatient clinic, our work environment is both collaborative and supportive. Physical Therapists engage directly with a varied patient population in a comfortable, well-equipped setting. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured yet flexible atmosphere conducive to personal and professional growth. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients by administering a variety of tests tailored to evaluate range of motion, muscle strength, neurological function, and overall physical performance.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on detailed evaluations, incorporating patient goals and recommendations from referring physicians.
• Administer direct patient care employing a combination of therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and prescribed exercise regimens.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers about self-management strategies and home exercise programs to enhance recovery and promote independence.
• Consult with physicians and multidisciplinary team members regarding patient progress, treatment strategies, and adaptive equipment necessary for optimal recovery.
• Oversee support staff in the implementation of treatment protocols and ensure compliance with safety and professional standards.

Compensation and Benefits

Firepower Rehab & Therapy Clinic offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
