About the job Multi Fund Strategies (Client position is not posted anywhere and is exclusive to FRS) Established, Successful, Sound, Unique, Exceptional, Complex, Fast Paced, This is a Premier Financial Services Firm FINANCE MANAGER - Write Up Able to manage team members/work flow to align with monthly deliverables and deadlines Assist with reviewing various areas of month end process including JEs in Quickbooks/reviewing excel support files/reviewing analytics (ability to use sumifs/index match/vlookup/pivot tables desired) Assist in review of Fund and Capital expenses on a monthly basis Will work directly with our external admin to review deliverables they provide as part of month end process Work directly with admin on more challenging concepts and product types to ensure they are accounted for correctly on a monthly basis Utilize our internal software system to try to enhance current routine process and procedures. Assist with review of quarterly regulatory filings and year end audit requests and financial statement drafts Strong communication skills required - will work directly with internal groups as needed (Operations/risk/legal etc) as well as external admin and auditors Willingness to automate/enhance existing processes or create new processes as new things arise Be open minded and willing to dive in even without written procedures to follow Time management - able to pivot quickly to required priorities as needed in additional to managing monthly routine processes Team player – willingness to raise hand when standard tasks are completed and take on adhoc request/projects Able to work independently and grasp concepts via live training and ask questions/challenge current processes and workpapers Experience min 5+ years experience in Big 4 Public Accounting or Large National CPA pref Degree in Accounting or Finance Compensation Salary 140,000-175,000k + Bonus (Aggressive) Benefits (Exceptional) 100% Healthcare covered 401k 100% up to 6% #J-18808-Ljbffr
