You are a core team member, utilizing your multitasking, organization, and communication skills daily./liliYou should have strong communication skills to stay in touch with the parents throughout the day./liliIt will be critical for you to understand a sense of urgency and prioritize tasks quickly./liliThe office is quite busy; at any given time, you may be checking in parents and their children, tending to phones, faxes, collecting necessary intake forms, and ensuring it is all done with a smile and accuracy./li/ulpJob Description:/pulliWork at the front desk Monday - Friday 7:45am-4:30pm./liliReceptionist duties (answer phones, send/receive faxes, respond to emails, client check in/out)./liliScheduling (Create client/staff daily schedules, track cancellations)./liliCleaning Duties (keep lobby and conference room clean and orderly)./liliStaff Onboarding (prepare locker/uniforms, review employee handbook with them)./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliNo criminal background./liliExcellent oral and written communication skills./li/ulpExpectations:/pulliProvide high-quality customer service to our clients./liliMaintain client privacy in accordance with HIPAA laws./liliMaintain the clinics reputation for an organized, team environment./liliBehave professionally with all staff members, clients, and caregivers./li/ulpBenefits:/pulliSalary: $16-$20/hr (depending on experience)./liliQuarterly bonus based on financial performance/liliCompany-paid certification opportunities./li/ul/div
