The Project Manager owns the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects for a mid-sized global biotechnology company with presence in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. The role sits at the intersection of many audiences that often speak very different languages, but share a common goal: the engineering and development teams building our products, and the executive leaders setting the vision. The Project Manager translates fluently in both directions, converting executive strategy into clear, executable plans for technical teams, and distilling technical progress, trade-offs, and risks into sharp, decision-ready updates for leadership.

Every role carries real ownership, and the Project Manager is expected to operate with urgency, drive momentum daily, and keep projects advancing without waiting to be asked.
