Superintendent

Rogers-O’Brien Construction is looking for a Superintendent with 7‑10 years experience in the commercial construction space with Hi‑Rise Ground‑Up experience. Superintendents at RO ensure that all team members—including our trade partners, clients, architects, and other stakeholders—are kept up to date with consistent communication to successfully deliver a premier product. In this role you will collaborate with the Project Manager, overseeing all field operations on site from conceptual planning through completion. You will be the main supervisor of construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely progress. Key responsibilities include: Supervise all field operations for the project. Coordinate with PM in early identification of problem areas that affect project quality. Establish subcontractor performance schedules. Inspect the site and check for OSHA violations and unsafe practices and conditions. Conduct Toolbox Talks with all employees.
