Elevate your painting career with Pier 4, focusing on the exterior and interior needs of our multi‑family properties in Southwestern Ontario. We're seeking a skilled Painter to ensure our standards for property maintenance. As part of Pier 4, you'll be essential to maintaining and enhancing buildings in Kitchener, Cambridge, and Guelph. Key Responsibilities: Wash, scrape, and sand surfaces for optimal finishing Apply paint to both inside and outside property areas Remove old paint and apply protective coatings Maintain a clean work area and manage inventory Travel to various sites within Southwestern Ontario Requirements: Minimum of 5 years related painting experience Clean Ontario G driver’s license mandatory Solid problem‑solving and multitasking abilities WHMIS training is a plus Capable of lifting 50 lbs and working flexible schedule Your painting skills can shine at Pier 4, making a difference for our residents. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pier 4
