Overview Job Title: Hospice Admissions RN (Weekend) - Carnegie, PA, USA. Additional location(s) available. Employee type: Full‑time. Working hours per week: 24. This position supports patients in Carnegie, PA and surrounding areas. Responsibilities Hospice Admissions Registered Nurses collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans in a team‑based environment. Deliver care in a variety of settings, including home, outpatient care centers, doctor’s offices, or other facilities within the Allegheny Health Network network. Maintain accurate and timely charting and documentation. Qualifications RN license in the state you work. Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing. Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred. Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations. A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting. Self‑management skills for time and schedule. Experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software.
