A positive, team-oriented workplace where your expertise is valued Your Role as a Physical Therapist (PT) As a PT at Ellisville Rehab & Nursing, you will play a key role in improving residents’ mobility and quality of life by: Evaluating residents and developing individualized treatment plans. Providing direct physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders. Supervising Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and ensuring quality of care. Completing all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes. Educating residents, families, and staff on treatment plans, exercises, and safety. Participating in discharge planning, including recommendations for continued care and equipment needs. What You Need Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Missouri. Strong clinical and communication skills.
