Physician - Anesthesiology Profession: Physician Specialty: Anesthesiology Duration: 13 days Shift: 14 18 Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: None Required License: Active State License or IMLC Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Board Certified or Board Eligible (Certification must be obtained within 5 years of residency) Flu vaccination required or medical/religious exemption needed COVID vaccination required or medical/religious exemption needed Description:We need a provider who can cover specific dates in December 2026 and ongoing in 2027.The required dates are December 14 - 18, December 21 - 28 (weekend call through 7 AM on December 28), and December 28 - 31 (no coverage on New Year's Day).Schedule is from 7 AM to 3 PM with an 8-hour shift.This cannot be increased to a 10-hour shift.The ideal candidate will be board certified in anesthesia.The candidate must drive in and commit to all specified dates.Candidates must sign an Anesthesia Attestation for all procedures.Providers must be fully credentialed with their locum agency.Case logs will be required.This position is for an inpatient setting.The trauma level is III.Electronic Medical Record system used is EPIC.There will be no interviews required for this position.Multiple providers will not be accepted. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cynet HealthStaff
