What You'll Be Doing
As an Oncology RN Chart Abstractor, you'll play a vital role in supporting healthcare data collection and quality initiatives by reviewing and abstracting clinical information from electronic medical records.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct electronic medical record (EMR) abstraction services accurately and efficiently
- Extract and enter data into electronic data capture tools
- Review oncology patient records while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Perform quality and accuracy testing as assigned
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Maintain productivity while working independently in a remote environment
Required Qualifications
- Active RN License
- Oncology RN experience
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) abstraction experience
- Experience utilizing electronic data capture tools
- Proficiency navigating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- High-speed internet access
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience using Microsoft Teams
Preferred Qualifications
- OCN Certification
- Oncology chart abstraction experience
- Academic or clinical research experience
- Pharmaceutical industry experience
- Previous data analysis experience

You're a detail-oriented Oncology RN who thrives in a remote environment and enjoys working with clinical data. You have excellent communication skills, can manage multiple priorities, and are passionate about maintaining accuracy and quality in every patient record reviewed.
Pay Details:
$40.00 per hour
