The position is fully onsite and operates on a Monday-Friday schedule from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM (7-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch). The successful candidate(s) will work under the supervision of a Manager and is expected to consistently meet established productivity, quality, attendance, and punctuality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and validate incoming work packages from Financial Centers and ATM channels, and delivered daily
- Perform basic accounting functions, including general ledger balancing and reconciliation
- Conduct timely research and resolution of transaction exceptions and internal inquiries
