Other duties include respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, provide excellent service to customers and team members, gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, assist with processing returns and exchanges, along with maintain accurate records and documentation, adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, work collaboratively across teams and departments, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep. To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
