Operations Analyst- External Custody Team

Position Overview The External Custody Team is hiring an Entry Level Operations Analyst to support back‑office processing for our Enhanced Aggregation Services on the SEI Wealth Platform. The role provides time‑sensitive technical, industry, and process support to a team of operations analysts and specialists. Key Responsibilities Deliver technical, industry, and troubleshooting support to internal and external operations personnel. Manage daily operational activities and document processes. Act as a subject‑matter expert and escalation point within Operations and the SEI Wealth Platform. Lead or assist in large‑scale projects, applying independent judgment and decision‑making. Contribute to strategic planning within the area of expertise and provide supervisory support when required. Facilitate knowledge transfer and coordinate with peers and management. Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience (Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred). Strong problem‑solving, communication, and multitasking abilities. Experience or familiarity with Trade Data Management System (TDMS) and the SEI Wealth Platform (SWP) is preferred. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work within a time‑sensitive schedule.
