Operations Analyst - Mutual Fund Control

Mutual Fund Control Analyst As a Mutual Fund Control Analyst, you will work in a team environment managing multiple time‑sensitive tasks related to the custody of global and domestic mutual funds. You will handle multi‑currency transactions, ensure trading accuracy, and guarantee the timely settlement of these transactions. Daily interaction with both internal and external clients is required, and you will provide coverage and support to team members and US Operations as needed. Responsibilities Basic processing and service activities specific to the team function. Review, analyze, and enter client information and transactions into multiple systems. Set up securities, perform general account level maintenance, and provide some client contact. Respond to client inquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Work on special projects as needed. Perform research and analysis of root‑cause conditions and implement solutions. Interact with multiple operational processing teams (Reversals Team, Reconciliation Team, Corporate Actions/Income, Treasury Management Team, etc.). Maintain confidentiality, quality, and privacy standards. Manage a time‑sensitive delivery schedule. Submit trading orders in markets on behalf of internal and external clients. Other duties as assigned. This is an entry‑level position, where full training and support will be provided. Qualifications Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience. Preference for Accounting, Finance, or Business related fields. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Effective written and verbal communication skills with service partners and internal teams. Strong coordination, management, and multi‑tasking abilities within acceptable timelines. Excellent customer service orientation. Ability to work independently as well as in a team in an open‑floor environment. Attention to detail.
