Job Title:Warehouse ManagerReports To:Branch ManagerLocation:BranchPay Range:$47,245.38 to $70,000SummaryThe Warehouse Manager will increase company profitability and customer satisfaction by overseeing warehouse operations in a safe, secure, efficient and cost-effective manner that complies with company policy and OSHA, DOT and other applicable regulations.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupervise and schedule maintenance of company delivery vehicles; maintain a preventive maintenance programEnsure that merchandise is received and stored in an efficient and economical manner, and maintain required records in conformance with company policySupervise the proper routing, loading and preparing orders for shipment and delivery in accordance with customer instructionsSupervise the proper handling of inter-company transfers of inventoryPlan and schedule all inventory activities including cycle counting, inventory transactions, auditing and reportingReview and fill back orders; maintain back-order fileReview, monitor and maintain required documents for safety, security and quality processesMaintain the security of warehouse and grounds to reduce shrinkageOperate within budget and meet delivery timesVerify that forklift/truck operators are within regulatory complianceResolve any delivery complaint issues quickly and effectivelyManage supervisory positionsRecognize issues, problems, or opportunities; seeks alternative ways to define problems; is not constrained by thoughts or approaches of others and determines action needed. Evaluates options by considering consequences and initiates the actions within a reasonable timeGenerates alternatives and leverages resources.
