Customer Service Intern

Job DetailsCore Responsibilities:Support the Customer Service Manager with day-to-day customer service activities, including customer inquiries, order status updates, and general account support.Assist with tracking customer orders, delivery dates, open actions, and other customer commitments to help ensure timely follow-up.Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to gather information needed to support customer requests.Help maintain customer records, reports, trackers, and other documentation while ensuring information is accurate and up to date.Assist with preparing customer communications, presentations, and routine reporting as needed.Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Customer Service function.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
