is hiring for a Production Packaging Operator for a 12-month contract role at Wilmington, IL 60481 with our prestigious client.Job Title: Production Packaging OperatorPrimary Location: Wilmington, IL 6048112-month contract - On-site role

We currently have the following openings:

**Sunday–Tuesday, day shift

**

**Wednesday–Friday, day shift

**

This is a 12-month contract assignment involving 12-hour shifts.

**Day shift: $20.81 per hour

**

Responsibilities:

**

**

• Package finished cans or products safely and efficiently according to production standards and work instructions

• Operate and monitor packaging equipment, including conveyors, labeling systems, sealing equipment, and palletizing systems

• Inspect products and packaging materials for quality defects and remove non-conforming items from the line

• Ensure accurate labeling, coding, and packaging configuration for all finished goods

• Maintain proper supply of packaging materials (cartons, trays, tape, labels, etc.) to avoid downtime

• Perform basic machine adjustments or notify maintenance of equipment issues to keep lines running efficiently

• Follow all site safety policies, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards at all times

• Maintain clean and organized work areas to support safe and efficient operations

• Record production counts, packaging data, and downtime as required

• Assist with loading, palletizing, and preparing finished goods for shipment

• Work collaboratively with operators, leads, and supervisors to meet production targets and schedules

• Support continuous improvement and efficiency efforts within the packaging area
