This role leverages comprehensive product expertise, exceptional communication abilities, and relationship-building skills to boost sales, enhance partner relationships, and increase brand awareness for our products.# **About the Position:*** Build and maintain strong relationships within Distributors at all levels and across multiple functional areas* Create, track, and follow up with LF and Distributor personnel on demand creation focus account distributor programs* Support and grow the LF distribution sales channel within the region* Primary interface for Branch Managers, Product Managers, and sales personnel/reps for key distributors to gain maximum mind share* Establish and execute on mutual growth objectives with distributors driven by effective training programs such as NPI (new product introduction), design reviews, and quarterly business reviews* Link sales and branch FAEs to maximize multi-technology demand creation and sales* Support and maintain LF’s Distributor Registration program* Understand distributors requirements and recommend suitable electronic components (circuit protection, switches, power semiconductors, sensors, relay, and circuit breakers)* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions# **About You:*** Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics or related field* Proven experience in technical sales in electronic components* Strong understanding of electronic circuits, components, and applications* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills* The ability to maintain effective working relationships with Sales teams, local Sales Reps, Channel Partners, Product Managers, Technical Marketing, Marcom and Corporate functions* Ability to travel minimum of 50% to distribution branches within your regionLittelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
