Sales AssociateCaribou, Maine | Full-Time

S.W. Collins Company is looking for a customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Caribou team. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and being part of a team. Our Sales Associates work directly with homeowners, contractors, and other customers to help them find the right products and solutions for their projects.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.

• Listen to customers' needs and help them find the right products for their projects.

• Answer product questions and provide basic product knowledge and recommendations.

• Prepare estimates, quotes, and orders accurately.

• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate customer information.

• Work with contractors, homeowners, and other customers to help bring their projects to completion.

• Learn and stay current on products, building materials, tools, and services.

• Work closely with other S.W. Collins departments to provide a seamless customer experience.

• Assist with stocking, merchandising, and maintaining an organized sales floor.

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.

• Follow through on customer requests and commitments.

• Contribute to a positive team environment and help deliver the legendary customer service our customers have come to expect from S.W. Collins.
