Role Description The Sales Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Union City, CA, responsible for leading and growing sales of LUXE Protection Films across targeted territories and channels. This role includes building and managing relationships with installers, dealerships, and fleet customers, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and guiding prospects through the dealer certification process. The Sales Manager will oversee sales pipelines, forecast revenue, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure orders and inventory needs are accurately communicated to operations. Daily activities include prospecting new accounts, following up on leads, tracking performance metrics in CRM systems, collaborating with marketing on campaigns, and providing feedback to product and training teams. The role also involves participating in industry events, supporting certified partners with sales enablement resources, and representing the LUXE brand with a strong customer‑focused mindset. Qualifications Proven skills in B2B sales, account management, and territory development, preferably in automotive, aftermarket, or protective films industries. Experience with pipeline management, CRM tools, and revenue forecasting to drive consistent growth and meet sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging installers, dealerships, and fleet decision‑makers. Ability to build long‑term partner relationships, provide consultative solutions, and support customers through training and onboarding. Comfort with on‑site customer visits, product demonstrations, and collaboration with internal operations, marketing, and training teams. Solid organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple accounts and initiatives. Relevant experience in coatings, films, automotive accessories, or related technical products is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
