We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join a growing technology solutions organization serving clients in the government sector. This role supports the sales team by coordinating outreach, qualifying interest, and scheduling appointments with prospective clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and is looking to grow their career in sales, operations, or account management.
Key Responsibilities- Support a Client Account Manager with daily scheduling, planning, and coordination activities
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients to introduce services and generate interest
- Set, confirm, and follow up on qualified appointments for sales presentations
- Assist with preparation and coordination of meetings, virtual presentations, and conferences
- Send follow-up communications and supporting materials to prospects and clients
- Meet weekly activity and appointment-setting targets Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a related field preferred
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable communicating with clients by phone and email
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet activity goals
