About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations to provide executive leadership in clinical performance, regulatory compliance, and quality initiatives across a multi-site region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading regional clinical teams, developing and executing strategies to enhance patient care and operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards. This role requires a champion of continuous improvement, with a focus on using data and performance metrics to drive results. The Vice President will also be a strategic business partner, aligning clinical operations with organizational objectives and growth initiatives, and will oversee survey preparedness efforts and support successful regulatory and accreditation reviews. Applicants for the Vice President of Clinical Operations position at the company must have an active RN license, a Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related healthcare field, and an advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in hospice, home health, or post-acute care settings is required, along with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, quality management, and accreditation standards. The role demands experience in leading geographically dispersed clinical teams and managing multi-site operations, as well as a proven ability to improve performance outcomes through strategic planning and process improvement. Strong business acumen, excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to travel throughout the region as needed.
