About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Operations to provide strategic leadership and oversight for a portfolio of select-service hotels. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping guest experiences, driving financial performance, and leading a dynamic team. This high-impact role involves ensuring brand compliance, high service standards, and the achievement of operational and financial targets. The VP of Operations will also be involved in coaching and developing property leaders, conducting regular property visits and audits, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support growth and execute strategic initiatives. Applicants for the VP of Operations position at the company should have a background that includes 3-5 years' of multi-unit experience within select-service hotels, prior experience as a General Manager, and a proven track record of driving operational and financial results. The role requires the ability to travel regularly to hotel properties in the portfolio and a strong background in guest satisfaction and quality assurance programs. Familiarity with revenue management tools and experience in property openings or operational transitions are preferred. The ideal candidate will be a hospitality leader ready to make a significant impact and is committed to operational excellence and team success.
