$65 - $67 per hour

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

• Clinical practice. PV1 and PV2 verification, clinical review and DUR, controlled substance handling and documentation.

• Close the pharmacy. You are the pharmacist who makes sure the day is genuinely finished — orders complete, routes out, nothing left hanging.

• Know the accounts. Understand what each facility needs, how their cycles work, and what a missed delivery actually costs them. Judge whether a prescription is right for that facility, not just technically correct.

• Support the floor. Work alongside our department leads in fulfillment, data entry, inventory, and delivery. Keep the day moving and solve problems as they surface.

• Be a resource. Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact when facilities call with questions.

• Share on-call. Up to 14 days per month, rotating with our Pharmacist-in-Charge.

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For

• Active Missouri pharmacist license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain).

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy.

• Someone who wants to understand the operation, not just work in it — curious about why things work the way they do.

• Comfortable holding authority on a floor while respecting the people who run each department.

• Long-term care experience is a plus, but we will train the right person. What we cannot train is the wanting.
