Registered Nurse (RN) - Corrections

Nurse - Youth Population
Licensed and registered to practice nursing in New York State. Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure nursing experience. Valid New York State nursing license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Provide nursing interventions and medication administration consistent with regulatory standards. Participate in the facility medical treatment team to support comprehensive treatment plans. Administer medications, including controlled substances, and review/develop nursing intervention plans. Implement infection control practices and ensure proper clinical and administrative documentation and reporting. Engage in team-based work with interdisciplinary medical staff. Conduct staff training as needed.
COVID-19 vaccine required (medical exemptions only). Valid state license is required no exceptions. Returning staff must be away from any facility in the state for 2 years to return. RTO (Requests for Time Off) must be presented at the time of submittal. Accepts first-time travelers and local travelers at the same rate.
