Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities Assist in managing day-to-day project operations, ensuring smooth coordination between contractors, subcontractors, and project teams Support in tracking project schedules and milestones, identifying potential delays, and helping to develop mitigation plans. Assist in managing project documentation, including RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and change orders. Collaborate with project teams to ensure that all project goals and objectives are met, from budget to timeline and quality control Participate in client and team meetings, preparing progress reports and updates as required. Assist in coordinating inspections and ensuring the project meets all building codes and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in construction management, with experience working on public projects preferred Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field Experience delivering projects in public-sector environments, such as: Municipal building build-outs or renovations Medical centers / healthcare facilities Higher-education and university buildings Transportation/railroad infrastructure Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, MS Project, or similar tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset Benefits provided but not limited to the following: Medical Dental Vision 401k with 4% match Short Term and Long-Term Disability Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO & Sick Time) Company Holidays Great company culture that genuinely cares!
