Healthcare Quality & Performance Leader

Redlands Community Hospital

Redlands Community Hospital is seeking a Quality Manager to provide operational leadership and manage daily operations within the Quality Department. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field, along with a minimum of three years of managerial experience in quality or performance improvement. Responsibilities include leading quality initiatives, assisting in regulatory investigations, and ensuring quality reporting and data integrity.
