Accounting Assistant

Job Description Accounting Assistant - $30 - $35/hr Cypress, CA We are looking for a skilled accounting assistant with great personality for a growing company in Cypress. Role and Responsibility: Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies Prepare and issue invoices and payment reminders Enter financial data into accounting systems accurately Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes Maintain organized financial records and documentation Support payroll processing and expense tracking Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries Ensure compliance with company procedures and accounting principles Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding billing or payments Qualifications: 3-5years of accounting/bookkeeping experience Proficiency in QuickBooks and accounting software Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Bachelor's degree in accounting related is highly preferred!
