About the Role  As a DirectorPlatform Product Owner , you will play a critical role in bridging Cloud and Firmware product strategy and technical execution.You’llbe responsible fortranslating business requirements into actionable development plans, guiding cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle—from planning and development to testing and release. This role requires a strong blend of technicalexpertise, product intuition, and stakeholder management. Location: This position is fully remote. We are hiring across the US, UK, and Canada. In This Role, You Will: Own and manage the product backlog: Break down large features into manageable components, prioritize them, and ensure alignment with business goals. Engage directly with customers to understand their platform product requirements and translate insights into backlog priorities. Act as the go-to expert for internal teams on product functionality, capabilities, and the impact of proposed changes. Collaborate closely with R&D teams to clarify requirements, provide context, and support development and QA efforts. Refine andvalidatebusiness requirements for the Platform teams and other Cujo Products. Continuously assess backlog value to ensure prioritization aligns with customer and business needs. Define release content through discovery and grooming sessions with stakeholders and other product owners. Ensure timely delivery of product increments in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams. Align withproduct leadership to understand strategic priorities and translate them into actionable plans. Drive execution in agile environments, ensuring smooth coordination across teams. WhatWe’reLooking For: 10+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Solutions Architect, or Lead Engineer role within the ISP industry. Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex systems and business logic. Proven experience working in Agile environments. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to balance detail orientation with big-picture thinking. Proactive, self-driven, and highly organized. Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. What Will Make You Stand Out: Hands-on experience with Network Service Providers (NSPs) and a solid understanding of how theyoperate, including networking or wireless communications. Familiarity with machine learning algorithms in cloud environments. Background in cloud infrastructure, ML, or networking technologies. Track recordof delivering large-scale, cross-departmental software projects in enterprise settings.
