Title: Associate Attorney

Salary: $120,000 - 130,000 Annually, depending on experience

Location: Valley Stream, NY (In-Office with flexibility for occasional remote opportunities)

Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution (settlement, mediation, arbitration, or trial)
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and case analysis to support the case strategy
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing clear updates and guidance
• Participate in litigation, including depositions, hearings, and court appearances
• Negotiate with insurance companies/opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes

Requirements:

• A JD degree & admission to and good standing with the New York Bar
• 1+ year of experience as an Associate Attorney (litigation experience not required)
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple cases
• An ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Bonus Experience:

• 1+ year of personal injury experience
• Bilingual in Spanish
