Pay: $65,000 - $70,000 per year (Salaried)
Location: Sparks, NV
Schedule: 12-hour shifts. Overtime and weekend work as needed.

A Shift: Sun-Tue + every other Wed, 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM
B Shift: Thu-Sat + every other Wed, 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM
C Shift: Sun-Tue + every other Wed, 5:30 PM - 5:30 AM
D Shift: Thu-Sat + every other Wed, 5:30 PM - 5:30 AM

Start: As soon as possible

About the Role

ShareSTAFF is hiring a Project Coordinator to support quality and containment projects in Sparks, Nevada. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, experience in rework or containment operations, and a hands-on approach to project coordination. You will oversee daily quality activities, support site launches, coordinate customer requirements, and ensure projects meet established quality standards. Travel is required for this position. 

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and oversee quality and containment activities on-site
• Support mechanical rework operations and ensure adherence to specifications
• Communicate with customers, supervisors, inspectors, and project stakeholders to maintain workflow and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and quality records
• Assist with site launch activities, including setup, training, and process validation
• Provide direction and support to small teams to achieve project objectives
• Monitor quality standards and compliance requirements throughout project execution
• Identify and help resolve operational and quality-related challenges
• Support continuous improvement efforts within project operations
• Maintain flexibility to meet production demands, including overtime and weekend work as needed 

What You Bring - Required

• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a quality and/or containment environment
• Technical background with demonstrated leadership experience
• Experience performing dimensional inspections using precision measuring tools, including calipers, pin gauges, micrometers, and height gauges
• Mechanical and/or rework experience
• Strong understanding of quality processes, inspection methods, problem-solving, and containment operations
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime and weekends as business needs require
• Ability to travel as required
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Authorization to work in the United States 

What You Bring - Preferred

• Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
• Previous experience coordinating quality, containment, or rework projects
• Manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or industrial quality experience
• Experience supporting site launches or process validation activities
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus
