Echo Ultrasound Tech - Cardiac Sonographer

Join our team as an Echo Ultrasound Tech / Cardiac Sonographer / Echo Technologist and use your expertise to operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, compassionately prepare patients for echocardiogram procedure, and produce detailed images of the heart for interpretation by healthcare teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• National certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
• 2 years of experience
• BLS certification
• RDCS or RCS required
• 1+ year of experience as a Cardiac Sonographer required
• Knowledge of aseptic technique and EKG rhythms required
• Experience with IV insertion for administration of ultrasound imaging enhancement agents and bubble studies required
• Ability to use electronic medical records required
• Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited echocardiography program required
• Must be willing to float to other Heart and Vascular Institute sites on occasion

Assignment Details

• Shift hours include 7am-3:30pm, 7:30am-4pm, and 8am-4:30pm
• No weekends
• May float to other Heart and Vascular Institute sites on occasion
