Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Assist Youth Director & Program Coordinator carry out daily activities Assist students in crafts, educational and recreational activities Aid in providing supervision to children on and off premises as needed Act as a mediator and role model in helping children learn self-control and problem solving Ensure all health and safety procedures are observed Assist in meal distribution Attend and participate in all required trainings, workshops, and information sessions as required Maintain program fidelity at all times as required Participate in all other duties and activities as requested or assigned Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
