Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance customer engagement.

Build strong relationships with clients and ensure exceptional customer service.

Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.

Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns that drive membership sales.

Manage inventory and ensure the studio is well-stocked with merchandise.

Foster a positive and motivating workplace culture that aligns with YogaSix values.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.

Analytical mindset with experience in sales performance metrics.

Passion for yoga and a deep understanding of the YogaSix brand.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Flexible schedule to accommodate studio events and promotions.
