What Do We Do? Role: Assistant General Manager — you will work closely with your General Manager and Team to ensure the success of your Fazoli’s Restaurant. This role prepares you for and develops you to become a future General Manager. Responsibilities Leadership: recruit, select, hire, train, develop and retain a high‑performing team of Associates. Deliver great guest service by leading with a service‑oriented mindset and treating people with dignity and respect. People come first. Integrity: apply Fazoli’s policies, systems and processes to execute the concept consistently and uphold the brand to high standards of excellence. Integrity is essential. Business Acumen: leverage experience managing a $1MM+ business to handle restaurant operations including guest service, sales, marketing, HR, supply chain, administration and facilities maintenance. Teamwork makes the difference. Competitive Spirit: aim to win and be the best you can be, continually pursuing excellence. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Minimum Age: 18 years or older. Experience and Training: External Candidates: 12+ months of previous restaurant management experience required. Casual dining/fast casual experience preferred, but not required. Internal Candidates: 6+ months of experience as a Fazoli’s Assistant Manager. All Candidates: Must have open availability to work all shifts during restaurant hours and flexibility to transfer to other Fazoli’s locations as needed.
