What You'll Do

You'll own the operation and set the standard for everything that happens inside your four walls. That means leading a team that delivers a consistently exceptional guest experience, running a smooth and efficient shift, and developing the people around you so the whole operation gets stronger over time.

More specifically, you will:

• Hire, train, schedule, and develop hourly team members with consistency and care
• Set clear expectations for assistant managers and hourly staff so every shift runs with purpose
• Hold the team accountable through constant communication, follow-up, and genuine investment in their growth
• Execute all operational policies, procedures, and programs and ensure they're followed across the board
• Maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment at all times
• Report performance updates, action plans, and goals to the area leadership team
• Work a 50-hour week with flexibility during peak seasons as business needs require

What You Bring

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine investment in the people around you
• Solid time management and organizational abilities.
• The physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
