Cook- The Deck (Seasonal)
As a cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to the directive from culinary management. Your role involves ensuring food quality, presentation, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
Responsibilities:
- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission regulations, federal and state laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
- Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
- Prepares, seasons, and garnishes all food in assigned area in accordance with established procedures.
- Performs any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Training in food preparation preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar environment.
- Available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Posted salary range: USD $24.00 - USD $24.00/hr. Tipped position. This position does not earn tips.
